Incredible Tiny Homes (ITH) offers two types of visits… Scheduled Tours and Sales Lot Walk-Throughs.

WALK-THROUGHS

If you’re interested in viewing the tiny homes on our Sales Lot, you’re welcome to drop by during business hours. No need for an appointment.

  • Sales Lot Hours:
    • Days: Monday – Friday
    • Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays
  • Location: 850 Industrial Road, Newport, TN 37821

Explore ITH communities and view homes built for clients in their real-world settings. These homes are privately owned and are not available for interior tours.
  • Tour Days: Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Note: Tours may be canceled due to inclement weather.
