The Charleston – All Wood is a spacious 10’ x 30’ tiny home model, currently priced at $84,900, and includes two dormers for added headroom and light. This model offers a rustic, fully wood-clad exterior with a choice of flat log siding or vertical board and batten, complemented by a durable metal roof.

Inside, a well-equipped kitchen includes full-size cabinets, a cook top, and a spacious sink. The bathroom offers a 32” shower stall and a standard residential toilet. A 9000 BTU mini-split system ensures comfortable climate control year-round.
