Incredible Tiny Homes

Incredible Tiny Homes, founded by Randy Jones and Amanda Hayes, is more than just a company—it’s a movement redefining affordable housing. Their story is rooted in Newport, Tennessee, where they transformed an old tire factory site into a bustling tiny home community. This unlikely setting, initially deemed unsuitable, is now home to 230 tiny houses. Thanks to cooperation with local authorities, they installed safe water and sewer systems to support a thriving neighborhood.
