The Birmingham – All Wood is a 10’ x 34’ tiny home priced at $99,900, designed with a spacious layout and rustic appeal. This model features all-wood siding with a choice of flat log siding or vertical board and batten, topped with a durable metal roof.

Inside, the kitchen includes full-size cabinets, a cooktop, open shelving, and a range hood. The bathroom is equipped with a 36” shower, vanity, and residential toilet. Climate control is managed by two 9000 BTU mini-splits.
